Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Abhinav Motar Driving School. By enrolling in our driving courses, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

1.1. Students must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid learner’s license before starting practical lessons.

1.2. Enrollment fees must be paid in full before commencing training.

2. Training Sessions

2.1. Training schedules will be set according to the availability of instructors and students.

2.2. Any missed classes must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

3. Safety and Conduct

3.1. Students must follow all traffic rules and instructor guidelines during training.

3.2. Abusive behavior, misconduct, or reckless driving may result in termination without a refund.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1. Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases of unavoidable circumstances, subject to management approval.

4.2. Cancellations must be informed in writing at least 3 days before the course start date.

5. Liability

5.1. Abhinav Motar Driving School is not liable for any accidents or damages that occur outside training sessions.

5.2. Students must take responsibility for their personal belongings during training.

6. Certification

6.1. A course completion certificate will be provided only upon successful completion of all training modules.

6.2. Certification does not guarantee a driving license; students must pass the government’s driving test.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1. Abhinav Motar Driving School reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice.
